  • Account Coordinator

Our Account Strategists are the heartbeat of the company. Someone in this role cares deeply about the overall success of their clients, is a strong communicator with no problem interacting with clients face to face and has the drive and skills to help maximize the ROI for every one of our clients.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing overall campaign strategy
  • Being the main point of contact for all client communication
  • Technical SEO tasks
  • Competition analysis
  • Assessing site’s current state of optimization
  • Performing keyword research
  • Following ranking trends
  • Developing content strategies
  • Building links/citations
  • Developing website content
  • Analyzing traffic trends
  • Completing monthly reporting

  • Account Manager

At Myna Marketing, our account management department serves as a dedicated partner for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals, tailor solutions to meet their needs, and provide ongoing support. By building strong relationships and ensuring open communication, the Client Success Manager plays a critical role in driving client satisfaction, retention, and mutual growth.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Building strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact, and fostering trust and rapport
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to develop strategies aligned with clients' business objectives
  • Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding services
  • Advocating for client needs and ensuring their feedback is addressed promptly
  • Analyzing customer feedback and satisfaction data to gain insights into client needs and preferences
  • Sharing insights with internal teams to drive improvements and product enhancements
  • Conducting conference calls to review reports and answer client questions via email promptly
  • Presenting SEO campaign reports to clients through Zoom using our reporting tools
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of your SEO Account Manager pod and elevating any concerns to upper management
  • Keeping clients updated on request statuses and ensuring the SEO team has what they need to succeed
  • PPC Specialist

PPC is one of the most powerful tools in our digital marketing toolkit, but it requires someone capable and detail-oriented to get the best results. The PPC Specialist will manage all aspects of our clients’ paid search campaigns, making adaptability and analytical skills crucial for success.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Managing AdWords campaigns
  • Analyzing and reporting on PPC performance
  • Ensuring campaigns are optimized and achieving desired results
  • Writing engaging ad copy
  • Conducting keyword research and troubleshooting search campaigns

  • Web Designer

Our Web Designers play a key role in crafting visually appealing, responsive websites that deliver great user experiences. You’ll collaborate with our internal teams to bring clients’ visions to life, ensuring their digital presence is modern, functional, and optimized for conversions.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Designing and developing custom WordPress websites
  • Creating mockups and wireframes based on client requirements
  • Implementing responsive design to ensure mobile-friendliness
  • Collaborating with the SEO and content teams to ensure sites are optimized for search
  • Optimizing site performance and load times
  • Troubleshooting and fixing website issues or bugs
  • Managing updates, redesigns, and site refreshes as needed

  • Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, your role will be to grow Myna Marketing’s sales pipeline by engaging with new and potential leads.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Making 60+ cold calls and sending targeted emails daily
  • Transitioning prospects from initial conversation to a more in-depth meeting with the sales team
  • Educating and setting client expectations about the Myna Marketing process
  • Utilizing our best practices to connect with as many new leads as possible
  • Project Coordinator or Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Myna Marketing, you’ll ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery across all departments. You’ll coordinate with teams and clients, manage deadlines, and ensure that every project is completed successfully.

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Managing multiple projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinating between departments to ensure effective communication and resource allocation
  • Setting and tracking project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Managing client expectations and keeping them informed on project progress
  • Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track
  • Managing project budgets and ensuring they remain within scope
  • Ensuring post-project analysis is conducted to improve processes and efficiency for future work
